excellent breakfast and helpful staff
diverse breakfast clean room friendly staff
the breakfast was very diverse with lots of different options. the rooms are clean and areas are well kept. i found the staff very nice and friendly (the front desk lady was especially helpful).
i noticed the check-in process was a bit slow. it wasn't the most cute experience.

the hotel is situated on a side street just off a main avenue filled with upscale shops. this location provides a quiet environment without street noise. i could easily walk to nearby shopping areas and restaurants.

nearby subway station diverse breakfast daily room cleaning fresh room
the hotel is near the avenida subway station. the location means i could walk to many places. the breakfast choices are quite diverse. i liked the daily room cleaning service, it kept everything so fresh!
the air conditioning was a bit tricky to adjust, sometimes it felt too cool..

slow check-in cramped breakfast room
the room was very clean and the location was decent.
The check-in process was quite slow, and i didn't feel particularly welcomed (no one offered any help). my room was quite small with very limited space. the breakfast was not good. The breakfast room was hot and felt cramped.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was very clean. the location was great, close to public transport.
The check-in was very slow and not very cute. the breakfast was awful, and the room felt hot and cramped. the room was tiny. I couldn't unpack properly.
